Treatment
(RF) Radio Frequency Face Tightening &Body Conturing
Our advanced multi-technology RF treatment blends radiofrequency, ultrasound cavitation, vacuum suction, electroporation and electrical muscle stimulation into a single, non-surgical session to contour the body and rejuvenate the face and neck.
The RF component for the face heats the deeper dermis to stimulate collagen and elastin for firmer, smoother skin. Gentle suction improves lymphatic drainage and circulation to reduce puffiness and speed toxin removal, electroporation enhances topical product absorption, and EMS tones underlying muscle to refine shape.
The result is combined fat reduction (where cavitation is applied), skin tightening and improved facial or body contour with minimal downtime.

This is a single, non-surgical treatment platform that combines radiofrequency (RF) with targeted body technologies — such as ultrasound cavitation, gentle vacuum/suction, electroporation (enhanced product delivery) and electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) — to deliver tailored results for both facial rejuvenation and body contouring.
RF for face
A collagen-stimulatory skin treatment that delivers controlled heat into the deeper dermis to firm skin, smooth fine lines and improve tone and texture. Facial RF tightens and lifts by encouraging your skin’s own repair processes — it is not a fat-reduction treatment.
RF for body & fat-contouring
When treating the body, RF is combined with ultrasound cavitation to address both skin laxity and small, stubborn fat pockets. Cavitation helps break down localized fat cells and RF firms the overlying skin so contours appear smoother and tighter. This is a body-contouring approach best suited to clients near their ideal weight who want non-surgical shaping of specific areas.
Electroporation & EMS (product delivery + muscle tone)
Electroporation temporarily increases skin permeability so topicals penetrate deeper into the dermis, improving the effectiveness of treatment serums. EMS contracts and tones underlying muscles to enhance definition and improve overall contour when used during body treatments.
Face and Neck
Radiofrequency heats the deeper layers of skin to activate fibroblasts, triggering new collagen and elastin formation. As the dermal layer remodels over several weeks you’ll notice progressive tightening and improved skin tone — the combined effect around the cheeks, jaw and neck refines contours and reduces the visual weight of jowls. Facial/neck RF addresses skin laxity and texture only — it does not break down fat. For reduced volume or targeted fat loss you would combine RF with cavitation on body areas; for facial contouring, RF’s skin-tightening and lifting effect delivers a sleeker, more defined silhouette without surgery.
Body
Body contouring uses a combined approach. Ultrasound cavitation produces micro-bubbles that help disrupt fat cell structure in the treated pocket; the released fat is then processed naturally by the lymphatic system and liver. RF is applied to the same area to heat the dermis and subdermal tissues, promoting collagen remodelling so the skin retracts and firms after fat reduction. EMS is used within sessions to stimulate and tone muscle beneath the treated area, improving definition. Typical sessions last 60 minutes, and most clients see best results after 4–6 treatments, often combined with lymphatic drainage and good hydration to aid elimination. This approach is for localised shaping — it is not a substitute for weight loss or comprehensive fat-loss programs.
1. Does the treatment hurt ?
Most clients find RF and cavitation comfortable. RF feels like a warm, deep heating sensation; cavitation may feel like mild buzzing or tingling. We use settings tailored to your tolerance and stop if anything feels uncomfortable.
2. How many sessions will I need ? and how often ?
For facial/neck RF we usually recommend 4 sessions, spaced 4 weeks apart. For body contouring (RF + cavitation) 4–6 sessions is typical depending on the area and your goals. Your clinician will create a personalised plan at consultation.
3. When will I see results ? How long will they last ?
You may notice subtle tightening immediately, but results build over 4–12 weeks as collagen remodels. Body contouring results are cumulative across sessions. Maintenance treatments (once or twice a year) help preserve results long-term.
3. Who is a good candidate ? Who shouldn’t have this treatment ?
Good candidates are people near their target weight who want to tighten loose skin or reduce small fat pockets without surgery. Not suitable if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have active skin infections, certain implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemaker), or specific medical conditions—your clinician will review your medical history at consultation.
4. What is the downtime and aftercare ?
Downtime is minimal. You may experience short-lived redness, warmth, or mild tenderness for 24–48 hours. Avoid hot saunas and heavy exercise for 24–48 hours, keep well hydrated, and follow any personalised aftercare we give you (SPF for face treatments, lymphatic support for body treatments).
5. Can RF be combined with other treatments ?
Yes. RF pairs well with cavitation for fat reduction, and with EMS or electroporation for improved contouring and product delivery. It can also complement injectables or lasers, facials and HIFU Skin Tightening — we’ll recommend a safe, staged plan so treatments work together for the best outcome.
6. What are the contraindications ?
Before any RF, cavitation, EMS or electroporation treatment you must disclose your full medical history to your clinician. The following are common contraindications — if any apply to you we will recommend an alternative plan or referral:
Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Implanted electronic devices (pacemakers, ICDs) or active implanted stimulators.
Active cancer or undergoing chemotherapy/radiotherapy without clinician approval.
Active infection, open wounds, cuts, rashes or herpes outbreak in the treatment area.
Fever or acute systemic illness.
Severe uncontrolled medical conditions (eg uncontrolled diabetes, severe cardiovascular disease) — discuss with your GP.
Blood clotting disorders or current use of anticoagulant medication (may increase bruising risk).
RF-specific cautions
Metal implants in the treatment area (eg plates, pins) — may need assessment.
Recent use of isotretinoin (Roaccutane/Accutane) — inform us; some resurfacing/tightening protocols request a waiting period.
Active dermatitis or inflammatory skin disease in the area.
Ultrasound cavitation (fat-targeting) cautions
Significant liver or kidney disease — cavitation releases lipids for metabolism and may stress impaired detox pathways.
Uncontrolled metabolic disease or severe obesity — cavitation is for localised contouring, not weight loss.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding (already listed).
EMS & Electroporation cautions
Cardiac arrhythmias, implanted stimulators, or epilepsy (EMS may stimulate tissues).
Electroporation should be avoided over broken skin or where contraindicated by a skin patch test; discuss implanted metal/medical devices.
